Hello,
You can write the TNPCEE from Delhi itself.
Don't worry, start preparing.
You have to go to any of the Kendriya Vidhyalaya schools in Delhi to write the exam.

Yes You need to come to Chennai to write the Exam. BTW the exam for Year 2006-07 Admissions are over.
