Take her to a beautiful restaurant, and have the chef write it into her food somehow.
Obviously arrange this with the restaurant first, and don't go where it is soup dishes :-)
If she's clever, she will say she has to think about it, and disappear off to the loo where infact she is in the kitchen getting the chef to write "yes" into the pudding!!!!!

Ok no matter how you do it, it is going to be good. If you say "will you marry me" you are golden it doesn't matter if you have a limo or chocolate. It is what you say that matters the most so tell her why you decided now was the time for this and sweep her off her feet that way. Do it somewhere that means something to the both of you, favorite restaurant, on a boat, in a stadium, as long as it something you two enjoy together. Good luck, I am sure it will be great.

Go to a beautiful river where the sound of water can be heard.
Be as close to nature as you can because your relationship is a natural one and everything will fit into place.
If she says no pretend to throw the ring in the water.
She may go "NO the ring, what have you done". This will be a good indication that she wanted to think about it.
If she doesn't do anything, push her, I mean move on!
Tell her as well in a few days you have won the lottery then go on holiday.

I did it at the top of a mountain in Italy on Christmas Day. Only problem was i dropped the ring in the snow - have you ever tried finding a platinum and diamond ring in the snow? Nightmare!!
She still said, 'Yes' though.
Just be romantic and do the getting down on one knee bit - they love that especially if it's in public.

Do it somewhere that is special to the both of you, and do it in a style she will like i wouldn't suggest the cake idea, chocking hazard.
Take her on a hot air balloon ride, on a picnic, on a boat trip, to the zoo, for a meal or to the beach

You could set up a little scavenger hunt and give her little clues that send her around. At each stop, ( for example, a resturant, your first date) or have a little something with another clue, ie. flowers, chocolates or a massage . . . or something simple, at the end get down on a knee and ask away. if you're looking for a more private way than a sky message, you could just tell her to close her eyes & put the ring on her finger. when she opens her eyes, pop the question.

What do the 2 of you love to do together? Me and my husband met at a bills game so he proposed to me there. Where was your first date? It will mean more if you take her to the first place you met cause it means you started your relationship there and you want to start your new life with her there its your special sport
