It sure seems like you are thinking healthy. Eating right and exercising is the right thing to be doing.

You should not be taking any sort of diet pills. You should consider reading the South Beach Diet book. Not so you can continue to "diet", but to select permanent and healthy eating habits. Consider "The South Beach Diet Good Fats/Good Carbs Guide" that the South Beach diet people also published. (use Amazon)

Do not worry about what others can and cannot eat. Learn about your own body. Your metabolism is different.

Above anything else, learn to love yourself, no matter what.

Hello,
Here is some advise I think will help you.

First I want to say the reason alot of people don't loose wait and keep it off is because their state of mind don't change.
What I mean by that is, every thing starts in your mind. If all you think about is eating healthy day and night trust me you will begin to eat more healthy. Now just because you eat healthy does not mean your going to loose the weight. So then you get in your mind to exercise while your eating healthy. Once these two things are in your mind and you are focused and it's really what you want to do then you will see postive results.

Second, you asked why can't you just love your self the way you are.

I think that is a perfect question.
Sometimes we as a people forget to read our manual.
What I mean by that is, you know if you were to buy a raido right, theres a manual inside the package to teach you how to use it and what everything is for.

In our case the Bible is our manual.

Like the person who made the radio wrote that manual to tell you what everything is for, how to take care of it, and what to do if it break. The person who made that radio is the only person who can tell you about it.

The Bible is our manual because God created us. So he can tell you all about yourself and help you lift your selfesteem. Because if you do not know who you really are you can feel uncomfortable.

God made all of us diffrent not one person on earth is alike and that makes you unique don't you think. There is nothing wrong with wanting to enhance your beauti. Just make sure you are doing it for all the right reasons. Your girlfriends body tissues are diffrent than yours, some may be more active, some may even eat a little diffrent. Whatever the case may be you are all diffrent and God made you all the way you are.

Here are just a few things God say.

The Book of Psalm Chaper 139 verse 14

I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made:

You are fearfully and wonderfully made why? because God said so and you are created in his likeness.

The Book Ecclesiastes Chapter 3 verse 11

He hath made every thing beautiful in his time.

God has made you Beatiful even if you don't think so he did.

You stay encouraged, and don't miss another meal, start eating healthy and exercising. Read what God says about you.

You know what ? sometimes it would be easier to take a diet supplament then to eat wright and work out I know. But guess what? You will be so much happier when you look at the reslts you worked hard to achieve, what you have done and plus it will mean more to you because you put effort into it.

You should get checked out, anorexia can be fatal. There is no such thing as a healthy diet. You are most likely passing out from low blood sugar. Get a nutritionist to write you some healthy menus. Eat more whole grains and cut down on meats and desserts, rather than just skipping meals. PS. you can eat a medium sized apple and have less calories than a cup of croutons. Don't go by amounts, go by nutritional content.

I don't know how to make you love yourself. That's something you are going to have to figure out on your own, or with a therapist (which I STRONGLY recommend you do). Are your parents supportive of you at any weight?

the best thing you can do for yourself right now is to eat a proper, balanced diet, and go heavy on real fruits and vegetables and much less on meats/dairy, processed foods (like bread, "snack food" and candy), and avoid most desserts.

Passing out is not a good thing. neither is starving yourself. Your body is still growing and sometimes you NEED food, or you will damage yourself.

80 pounds is a LOT of weight to lose. It shows you have a lot of discipline and CONGRATULATIONS on the weight loss.

I would also recommend taking a yoga class - not only are the exercizes great for overall health, but it will start to calm you down and you will start to feel better about yourself.

Best of luck to you.

Focus more on eating healthy. Veggies and fruits and whole grains. Its simple math when maintaining weight. Calories burned must be equal to or less than calorie intake to maintain weight. If you want to lose you have to boost your calories burned with more excercise. A daily walking regiment will help greatly because of the post-excercise effects. Crash dieting or any specialty diets arent sustainable for long periods of time and ultimately lead to failure for most. You have to have the foods you love sometimes or you will keep thinking badly about the stuff you eat but you must try to eat more healthy, low glycemic index foods and just watch the calories in vs the calories out!

You might want to think about going to see a counselor. It looks like you are starting to have some body image problems.
I was afraid the same thing would happen to me and I don't mean to sound insensitive but it's nice to know that something that started out as a good thing can turn bad and that there are people out there who can relate.
Go get some help, girlfriend. You're too young to have to worry about such trivial things right now. Be young, forget out trying to get accepted and later in 3 years then you can worry about making people happy (hopefully you won't, you'll find it a complete waste of your time as you get older).

Weight gain and loss takes time. You don't get fat in a day, and you don't get skinny in a day. Your problem is not your weight, it's your perception. You are absolutely correct that the first thing you need to do is learn to love yourself so you enjoy taking care of your health. Eat good nutritious food and you will have more energy to build healthy muscle instead of being so weak you just put on weight. You can't be healthy on just croutons! Don't be afraid of a little weight, either. Muscle is heavier than fat and looks much better than skin and bones. Good luck, honey, you deserve to be happy and healthy.

First of all your mom and dad are right i can see you suffer from anorexia which is a serious eating disorder that can kill you. you have to eat and the trick to a good diet is eating smaller portions of foods its not what you eat its how much you eat that matters. to solve your problem of feeling fat or whatever it was think of it like this ask yourself do i love myself if the answer is yes then dont worry about it because as long as you love yourself it doesnt matter what others think.

I guess that it helps that you use "ii" so much to signify that you are getting more comfortable with yourself.

The thing is to not think about it. This might seem like obvious advice, but the less you think about it and the more occupied your mind is, the more you can concentrate on others things.

It is good to be thin, but not abnormally, unhealthily skinny. Think about that and maybe you will realize your obsession will get you nowhere.
