Here in america, you are not supposed to be "friends" with anyone you first "met" on the internet. It's unsafe. If you get a foreign "friend" on the internet, stick to talking on the internet and never meet in person. If you have family in other countries, be friends with their friends. Use your netsmartz(UYN). Don't put yourself in danger, even if you think you know who you're talking to. If anyone shows you something hurtful, offending, inappropriate, nasty, or just plain wrong, turn off your computer screen and tell your parents. Also, never talk to that person ever again! Remember to UYN!

I consider all people to be friend first. I believe our world would be a better, happier and safer place if we all were willing to begin our interactions with others on a positive and friendly note.
