Please don't listen to anyone who tells you to drink raw eggs,This is extremely dangerous and could make you very ill.The guy who talks about yogurt does indeed have a good point.Milk ,eggs and whey have the best amino acid profiles when it comes to human protein supplementation.Over cooking the eggs will denature the protein and cross link the amino acids.Tofu or soy drinks are not complete proteins as they lack some of the essential amino acids but adding these to a shake made with yogurt will raise the overall protein content. You can also buy Bolthouse Farms Perfectly Protein in any good super market in the produce section. They do have one made with whey protein so check the ingredients.Whey protein has the highest biological value for protein in humans and is very easily digested and assimilated.Bolthouse drinks are delicious and make a good base for your shakes if you want to mix them with yogurt or just drink them as is.I use Designer Whey from Next Proteins because it tastes good and has a great BV.I get it online from DPS Nutrition for a really good price but you can find it in any good health food store.

I usually add plain, non-fat yogurt to my shakes when I want to boost the protein content. There are also some tofu shakes you can make if you brave (search on the web for them).

In addition, you may want to look at the Body Fortress line of Whey Protein. It was $12 for a tub of it, which lasts about a month for me.

Also, consider using egg whites. They've removed all the fat / cholesterol from them and they are nearly 100% protein. Takes a few minutes to fry them up and you have an instant high-protein meal.
