Not that I think I want to try it, but come to think of it, that may be just what my cat needs, lol. He's so anti sociable. I really did see that kind of stuff for sale at the pet store web sites. Glad to see you have to have a prescription for it, or they all might start taking it. Whatever happened to the days when we brushed and bathed our dogs and that was it. Don't even remember if they had flea collars back then. I'm all for getting my animals everything they need to stay healthy and comfortable,,,,but I sure do miss the old days.

Cats have pretty much the same emotions and feelings as we do, their breains are wired much like ours, and their minds work much like ours in a may ways. So it's natural that they should have many similar disorders and be helped by similar medications.

I gotta wonder, though - just how does one diagnose a passive-aggressive personality in a cat?!

In humans, most "passive-aggrressive" types aren't mentally ill, they're just jerks, or cowards who don't have the courage to deal with their conflicts openly and honestly.

In a cat, who has to deal with a human who's ten times their size, doesn't speak their language and doesn't understand their motivations, behavior we might call "pasive-aggressive" in a human might just be reasonable coping behavior for a cat.

Very curious...

What is this world coming to ?
Hmmmmm ... Indeed !!
Pharmaceutical companies do NOT want you be be well !!
They prefer one to be and stay sick so you can take
their drugs everyday, it keeps them in the good standing with stockholders and,
now your animals can follow suit !!!
Pharmaceutical companies rather not find cures, why should they, they need diseases to make money !!!!!
