Don't you listen..."Freedom is on the march" and Iraq is only the beginning.

Pay attention get the "war for oil" out of your ears and realize that this is doesn't end with Iraq. We are taking it to them, before they bring it to us.

US has to first think for itself! later it can think about others! Set right your home first and assist others set it right! Without proper inteligence support and UN support they collected a team of like minded politicians to attack Iraq and the pretext of Weapons of mass distruction and atrocities committred by Saddham Hussain. Iraqis thought US will bring good governance and solve all the fundamental difficulties.

But now iraqis feel that they got a burning firewood to scratch their skull for a headache. US forces made Iraqis keep their head over burning charcoal.

I believe that US forces want to have a command & control centre at Iraq to watch the going on activities at Syria & Iran. Next one of them will have their turn soon. But if it starts it will be very much voilent and the human loss will be too much.

US stands by the side of most of the African dictators as they have benifits from these countries. North Korea is the rattling snake and will not bite. Cuba is finding a place in South American coneference due to severe financial difficulties.Nobody has any courage to lift a finger and talk about China. Tehy are the financial partners of US.

Completely and utterly! Iraq had nothing to do with "9/11", nor did it pose any real threat. Using the "rid the world of an evil dictator" excuse doesn't wash, because, as you rightly say, there are many others deserving of the same treatment, e.g., one you didn't mention - Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe.

It's all about the oil... "Freedom is on the march"??!!! Girl get a clue (first reply). If anyone has seen the freedom we have given Iraq, no one else wants it. Are we to bring freedom to the rest of the world at the cost of our own by being taxes into a third world country to pay for it? And we lose more freedoms everyday.

Google PNAC to find out the real roadmap for Iraq.

No.

What is stupid is all of the people who heard 'WMD' and stopped listening (or thinking).

The reasons we went into Iraq are geostrategic.
