French for white 'blanc' or 'blanche' for a female
Japanese 'shiro'
In the UK we call a calico cat a 'tortoiseshell', which in French is 'ecaille de tortue' - not what you're looking for, I don't think .I like 'Blanche'; though.

Well, in catalan, "blanc" stands for white, and "moix" (in Mallorca) or "gat" for cat. If the meaning of calico that you want is cotton, then the translation is "cotó".

To express "little", you have "blanquet", "moixet", "gatet" and "cotonet".
