It's incredibly easy. You are going to need the help of a few friends and some rope. If you have two friends with trucks that would be ideal. But if they do not two cars would work. First have them line their trucks up back bumper to back bumper with about 10 feet between them. Next you need to lat down between the two. Have a friend tie the rope to your hands and feet. next take the rope attached to your hand and feet and tie them to the back bumpers of each truck. Once that is done have your truck diving buddies drive forward in opposite directions. You may feel some discomfort at first but bear with it. The results are well worth it. Have them drive forward until you reach your desired height. Have fun!

Your age suggests that you are no longer capable of growing taller. There are no exercises that can make you taller no matter what nonsense you hear.Your height is predetermined by your genes and men stop growing taller around 18 years old but some do actually grow until about 21.Exercises like lifting weights can actually stunt your vertical growth buy increasing some hormones and prematurely capping your bones at the growth plate. Please ignore anyone who says there are exercises to do this especially at your age.Chances are your bones have already capped and are incapable of growing longer.

Lamentably mate most individuals discontinue developing when they're about 18. I can for my part attest: i've been almost 6'2 seeing that I was once 17. But it's extraordinary for each person: no universal restrict. If different factors are relatively developed, i.E. You've bought various facial hair, and so forth...Then it makes it rather unlikely you'll be able to grow extra. It sounds as if, in keeping with the new Scientist, we discontinue developing after we're 22/23 and our bodies begin growing older, ergo loss of life.

Increasing height (as far as im aware) is not possible.
There was a time when height was an issue for me as I am 5ft 7". Now I dont care, and very happy with my height because it is well suited for what I do (Wrestling).
I beleive the only way to increase your height is vis operation. I am not 100% accurate with this, but it involves adding extra metal rods between your leg bones.
There have been some cases where migits have changed from like 3ft 11" to 4ft 9". Again I am not 100% accurate with this info

Last year I used diluted chickenshit water on my tomato plants and they grew to almost 8 feet tall. You could try some of this because it works wonders on tomato plants. I could make some up and send you a gallon if you'd like. It comes from my two pet chickens, Dolly and Blackie, and I am sure they would be pleased if they knew you wanted some too.

Height is determined by genetics. Nutrition also plays a role along with smoking. Growth hormone is sometimes used to increase height. It is a prescribed medication and is very expensive. It is only used in extreme cases with an appropriate medical diagnosis. Exercise will not increase height. I think people need to learn to be happy with who and what they are.

Your naver too late!! The only way I know is by weight lifting as your muscle mass increases it can add inches-but then you have to do it all your life;I'm short or I feel I am anyway better to get some clever shoes that lift you discretely and accept whom you are after all-good things come in small packages>ktf.x

One thing that u can do to help u streatch a little more is playing basketball. Jumping up and extending your hands to reach the hoop. This is the last alternative.

I'm sorry buddy, but I think you may have grown as tall as you're gonna get. But don't worry, it's not that big of a deal unless you wanna date tall chicks who wear wh*re heels. ; )
