I would say the egg. The thing that we call a chicken is a mutation of another creature whose DNA is different from the current chicken. Therefore in order for a chicken to be born it must first come from two non-chicken (but are very similar to chickens genetically) who lay eggs and that egg turned into the chicken. So the egg the first chicken hatched from did not come from a chicken. Therefore the egg was first.

Chicken, because the chicken is needed to sit on the egg so it can hatch. The chicken is also needed to lay the egg. Who made the chicken, God. Just like God made you.

Egg. Because before you had chickens or any other kind of bird there were dinosaurs + they layed eggs so it's the egg that came first.
