the monkeys' to humans is not part of the mantra of the evolutionists. true, they believe that both human and APE had a common ancestor, but not monkeys.
as for how did it occur: fast or over time, lets look at the overwhelimg theory for the bird.
once upon a time, there was a giant lizard. not quite the size of a dinosaur, but about the size of the present day iguana. one day, one of these lizards layed a clutch of eggs.
since the world was still evolutin' the hatched offspring did not always favor the species that layed the egg. in this case, when the mommy lizard went back to her babies to check on them, SUPRISE! one of them (or more maybe) were a feathered bird waiting to nuzzle it's scaly skinned mommy.
now this little chicken-thing, that came from a lizards' egg, grew up and for some reason that cannot be explained, had it's offspring all look like chicken-things.
from that, we have to extrapolate that there were other chicken-things hatching in lizards nests (or even squirrels' nests, because we are still evolutin' you know) because something came around and impregnated the chicken-thing.
either that, or the evolutin' sex was rampant between the different beasts and no natural order existed.
now the biggest problem i have with this theory? every single documentary on iguanas, the komodo dragons and other large lizards and reptiles that found a chicken-thing in their nest..........drumroll please....... would have ATE the chicken-thing and VIOLA! an entire species would have never existed beyond the initial finger lickin' good moment of time.
of course, that could imply that the common ancestor of man and ape popped out of a giant lizards' egg, too. either that or that is why the alleged "missing link" is so small.
maybe we DID DESCEND FROM HOBBITS (HALFLINGS IF YOU PLAY D&D) just like tolkien wrote. "maybe there is little hobbit in you, today?"
and the evolutionist say that i rely on faith too much?

1evolution only takes place when there is need for it. Monkeys won't turn into humans because monkeys live in places where its better to be a monkey (then human)
2evolution is slow, your picture of a monkey turning into a monkey over night is untrue, it has taken a lot of time (and steps) from monkey to human
3half monkey-half humans don't exist anymore, the early humans killed a lot of other humanoid species (and ate a lot of them) or if they didn't kill them they "cross breed" so in the end there was only 1 kind of human left

Things evolve constantly. Bacteria, virus's etc are a very obvious example. Why do they not just stay the same? We find a cure for something then that should be it right? Oh no, it evolves ever so slightly to get round our cure. Now is that gods will or evolution? Language evolves, religions evolve, plants evolve.
Why did mammoths and dinasaurs die out? Because they couldn't evolve fast enough to adapt to there new surroundings.
Humans had a big advantage over other species in that we had a bigger brain and could make rational thought and pass on information to others in a coherant way through language. That way we could adapt to a changing environment by evolving our technology to fit with the changes in our environment.
Creationists - If things do not evolve, and God created us all, why are we all different? Why are there black people? Why do I have brown hair? Why has my wife got pale skin? Why are chinese peoples eye narrower than mine? Was it a test by god to see if we could all get along looking different? no... evolution!

Hahahaha. That is what I think.
The Bible says we are wonderfully and fearfully made.
And that is one of the arguments I make about evolution, if we evolved from monkeys, why aren't there more monkey people coming out of the jungle. Was it only for the millisecond it happened? And why are aren't we morphing into some other species.
Stupid evolutionist.

Monkey never turned into humans. They would have to modify thier genes too much. Think of the various stages a monkey has to go through to become a human. God created humans and monkeys seperatly.

I think I've met some of the half-human, half monkeys....
I like the primate house at the zoo.
I remember when we used to go outside....

I think creationists would be hilarious if they weren't actually trying to make their kooky beliefs the exclusive curriculum in our schools, and trying to establish a theocracy in America. But to answer the question, I think the monkey would just tear his skin off and a little human would be underneath.

exactly, this is where the whole 'theory' of evolution falls down. It's not possible, scientifically speaking, to change a monkey into a man, that's like an alchemist turning lead into gold - it just couldn't happen.

What the hell are you even talking about...
You are just beating around the bush because you don't believe in evolution. I'd be willing to guess that you enjoy 'apple pie.'
BTW- People didn't come from monkeys. Please go read a biology book. Unless you were looking for apple pie. In that case, try a cookbook.
