I've got nice hair and love having my hair done and don't look too bad in photos. How do you get to be paid to appear in hair mags or take part in hairdressing competitions, and how much do such models earn?

send a picture or keep in touch with casting agencies and they will contact u to come for a casting if they really like your hair. They pay quite well for tv commercials (shampoo) normally 2 years contract with the shampoo brand. or u can contact your nearest modelling agencies but for me i dont recommend you to take part in any hairdressing competitions or hair magazines because they will F**k your hair and u will regret it, the real thing doesnt look as nice as in the magazines.

I'm a model so I know what I'm talking about, get some photos taken (maybe professionally) of your hair down + up, make sure it looks shiny and in good condition. You need to be photogenic facially as well, obviously because your hair is connected to your face. Try to find some good modeeling agencies, a hairdressers may be able to advise of some good agencies for that, if not the yellow pages will list modelling agencies. send your pictures and a covering letter explaining that you would like to be a hair model.GOOD LUCK.
