My tongue hurts after I extracted me tooth out.The gum which I extracted it out from hurts.

If the tooth that you extracted was a bottom tooth and the floor of your mouth below your tongue continues to swell then see your dentist or doctor just in case there is infection leading into the tissue spaces of your head and neck region.

I ran into that some years ago when I had an abcessed tooth removed, and bit my tongue while holding the dressing to stop the bleeding afterwards. It'll stop soon.

posssibly you bit on it while you were frozen or you had a reaction to the freezing. the next time you have work done you may want to discuss this with the dentist.
