What a clever questioner you are. I see the point you are making...you dont need ears to hear these non-dimensional voices, you sort of hear them with your mind. And if you can love someone with all your heart why shouldn't you hear someone with your elbows.
Hmmmmmmmmm I'll be thinking about this one all day now !!

You could be just special and be able to hear voices. It's what you do about the voices that count.
If the voices are telling you to kill, harm or cause trouble, then you must not listen.
This could be Satan trying to get a foothold on you, in that case you'll need help in the Lord.

but im sure your mind can make you think your elbow is hearing voices

its called internal dialogue , and it can have dimensions and come from a certain direction as well.
Some people do get parts of their bodies that seem to be the point of origin for this experience. You obviously(thankfully) don;t experience that.

Everything is processed in your brain all feelings and communications etc.
Believe it or not your might feel something with your hand but are really feeling it with your brain. It justs seema like this as this is the way your brain operates.

Maybe its because you don't speak to your elbows. I'm sure if you started speaking to them they would realise how friendly you are and become much more chatty ; )
