I have 2 cats, one is a tabby (male) and he was born in October 1998, hes a little on the chubby side but I dont think he is overweight. My vet said he's pretty healthy for that age.
My other cat is a Javanese(similar to siamese) born in July of 2000. She is a bit of a runt and pretty skinny(eats GREAT though) and had a few skin problems from mites, etc. But that's pretty much it.
Both are all-time inside cats. What would you say their life expectancy would be?

Average life span for a healthy indoor cat is normally 15-20 years. Outside kitties usually have a shorter life span because of all the dangers from cars, other animals, ant poisons, antifreeze, etc.

I work at a cat vet clinic and we do see cats live to over 20. We have one patient right now who is 23.

Be sure to give good quality food and regular trips to the vet for check ups. You can give them as long and as healthy a life as possible.

My cat lived to be 19. As long as they are always kept indoors with proper nutrition and a constant supply of fresh water and love, they should live a very full and happy life.
