See a hair specialist before you get bald.

I used to have this problem too, but perhaps less serious than you. Try these:

1) Cut hair short. So that the weight won't pull your hair off. You probably have weak hair roots.
2) Wash hair with cold water. So it doesn't expand your hair pores. You may continue to bathe or shower with warm water after washing your hair.
3) Wash your hair bending down forward. Avoid washing your hair standing upright.
4) Do not be afraid to massage your scalp with your fingers while washing. Normal scratching on your scalp improves blood circulation.

It works for me, but then again, you might want to consult a hair specialist if you think it gets worse.

Sorry to hear about your bad hair experience. Eat high protein and take a hair/skin/nails vitamin or a mega Biotin vitamin. Use shampoos and conditioners w/out sodium lauryeth (sp) which is basically for suds and not that great for problem hair. Wear wash/wear styles that don't require daily heat or chemicals.

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://bitly.im/aMwPj While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.

Sounds like something went very wrong. This has been going on for quite awhile and you should seek the advice of a doctor. Talk to your family doctor/general practitioner to be referred to the appropriate type of doctor. You should seek help soon before you've permanently damaged your hair growth/scalp.
