dont think they really want to be there..but the goal was to topple saddam and leave a working democracy...the latter part needs some fine tuning obviously but no one can seem to find a way to effectively combat fanatics who are willing to blow themselves up for their cause...in the end tho it may be really all about the oil...the price would be too steep for america if oil wasnt involved

I do....... The United States is slowly loosing its fatherly status, now they are like a virus, infecting and never leaving the host. From Vetnam to Bosnia, the americans have never left, there is always a military base after the war........answering the question, the usa wants iraq for their Oil.....do you know it is $75 per barrel,its always cheaper when you own it.

I'm glad
because after the 9/11 attack, we have taken the fight to the terrorist on their soil and so far we haven't been attacked here again.
We've came close a few times , but our people have thwarted those attempts.
