In my opinion, it would be the re-emergence of gods and goddesses from the ancient world. Polytheism, pretty much. I have worked on relationships with several gods and goddesses and I really like having different Dieties to turn to and adore. Sometimes I'll be working on a problem and trying to see it from one perspective and then I think about a different perspective and I get a more workable grip on that problem. Kinda like 'what would Jesus do', but more like 'what would Odin do', then 'what would Thor do', then 'what would Frejya do'. That's what I find to be the most personally best from the New Age.

Nothing. The entire new age movement seems to be an exercise in believing in whatever ideas you find pleasant or interesting, no matter how self-contradictory, silly, or no matter how little proof in support of them or how much proof against them. It is a perfection of the act of "believing" in contrast to the actions of "thinking and knowing." The new age person seems to have escaped having to challenge and consider his or her own beliefs simply by deciding that most everything is true.

I believe it to be the emphasis on living in the moment, in the now. That is a very powerful place to exist.
