I am a member of several Mom & Baby groups on yahoogroups. I like finding other moms this way because I can speak with them through email before actually meeting for playgroups. Just go to groups.yahoo.com and search for Edinburgh Moms or something similar. Good luck!

Try going on to your councils web site thats how i found such places in my area just been on it and theres a section called lerning you may find what your looking for there
