I do sometimes imagine that we are *both* "other" people or, rather, fantasy-versions of ourselves in a different situation. For example, I might imagine that I'm his teacher or that he has come into my bedroom unannounced.
Generally, I find myself thinking about a variety of lewd things (mostly including him) when I'm particularly looking forward to getting it on. Then, when we do, I initially just think about him and what we're doing. The added extras that I described above are sometimes employed to help tip me over the edge.

Sometimes i do sometimes i don't sometimes i think of neither it could be grocery shopping (ha ha he he) or a movie i saw the other day or work or what i am going to have for dinner or lunch or breakfast. Or I could be thinking I hope that god dam phone doesn't ring and the neighbours do not hear us. The mind boggles and is ever so restless, but it's not really too often we actually think about the other person when having sex, but if we making love it's a different story because we aim to pleasure and that's a whole different thing to just plain sex, now isn't it. use your imagination anyway it's heightens the orgasm you may have. Enjoy your partner while they are still with you regardless of who or what you are thinking about when your intimate.

The best sex I've had is when I'm able to think of the person I'm with. A lot of times, though, I think of fictitious persons, ones I've made up in my mind. I don't think of other real people when I've having sex with someone unless it's that person.
