I remember having orange and brandy flavoured ice cream years and years ago and it's the best ice cream I've ever had. Wish I knew where you could get it now.

Cream of Galloway Caramel Shortbread ice cream or Carte Dor Black Forest Gateau.
To be honest any type of ice cream (other than coffee) would be my favourite as it is my big weakness and my choice of comfort food for every occasion.
