James 2:19 says:

i want you to know that is the Omnipotent and everything in existence; everything you could ever think of is His. So He's having the majestic power to let be things the way He so much desired. So he has made man to fart just for the best reason known to Him.

I can't believe you can't figure it out for yourself.
If you didn't fart your intestines would explode.
God didn't want that to happen to you but he may be having second thoughts.
If you pray hard enough he might make them stop.

The reason we get gas is because of our diets. God didn't do this on purpose. It's just that some foods contain nasty smelling substances that your body has to get rid of, and not in very nice ways...
