Exactly. They see their job as stealing our cash. If they did make us better then they'd have no-one to steal off.

I just seen your aditional info. Well there we go honey, if we don't give them cash then they will violently beat us. And who's 'loony'. I'd have then all locked up..... Take this with you, if you exercise, especially hard, then you'll find things 30 times easier. But it takes about 6 months to really kick in. Maybe even a year to really kick in. When you can run for three miles without stopping, you're pretty fit.

What's the alternative? You might try helping the psychiatrist make this work. Try someone else. Use a psychologist instead if you don't need the meds ... a bit cheaper. Ask about group therapy. I think some positive pear pressure could be a good thing.

I agree with "Treepeople88"
It will help you once you start to open up and talk about whats bothering you, as well...
Talking about things that are bothering you REALLY helps.
Probably the worst thing you can do for yourself is keep all your feelings bottled up inside of you...
And if you're resisting the psychiatrist's attempts to help you, then it obviously won't help.

Good luck with whatever you decide to do.

It's you that is not letting them help..It's their job is the Help you help yourself. If you are not willing to be open there will not be progress..

Psychiatrists aren't bad people.. Think of them as a person you tell all your problems to, and no one else knows but you and that person. If you don't like it..sit there in silence..

Go and then listen to the Psychiatrist, or pretend to and then they think you are listening but you're not...Everybody wins!
