Brushing your teeth should be a part of your everyday heigene regimen. Brushing after you eat surely doesn't harm anything, it removes the buildup of anything you've eaten. Brushing at night and then first thing in the morning doesn't hurt either, a lot of bactaria and plaque can fill your mouth overnight. Dentists have agreed, that brusshing AND FLOSSING in the morning and night is plenty of brushing to keep your pearly whites healthy. But during these two times, you should also use a mouthrinse to kill germs and bacteria that cause gengivitis. Brushing constantly can harm your teeth. That's a fact. Brushing too often removes necessary enamel from your teeth. A twice daily healthy mouth routine is perfectly normal, and shined upon by the dental gods! So relax, bringing your brush to work for that after lunch scrub isn't necessary.

Q: When is the best time to brush your teeth?
A: Before you go to sleep, after flossing.
Q: Does it harm your teeth if you brush immediately after eating?
A: YES, IF you consume food or drinks that have a high acid content, e.g. Fruit and Orange juice etc. Otherwise No.
Q: Does it harm you if you eat in the morning without brushing and you have brushed last night?
A: It is better to brush your teeth after your breakfast, but if you have a very good brushing and flossing technique then it will make neglible difference if you floss then brush correctly on the same night.

It is best to brush your teeth at least twice a day. If you can do it following meals, even better, because food breaks down and gets stuck, and that in turn creates an environment for bacteria to thrive in. It's also important to brush before bed, because your saliva production slows down drastically at night, and this stops your mouth from doing normal self-cleaning, creating an environment for cavities.
Also, don't forget to floss. All the brushing in the world won't get everything from between your teeth.

It's best to brush after each main meal but brushing more than twice a day may cause damage to the gums. So go for amoderation routine. In fact it would be better to brush after breakfast rather than before.

you should brush them atleast twice a day. after each meal would be ideal but not straight after as some acidic foods soften the tooth enamel and brushing while it is still soft can damage it. the saliva in your mouth straight after eating helps you to fight the acid softening the enamel and if you remove this by brushing your teeth then it can actually be worse for your teeth than if you hadn't brushed them at all.

I'd say the best time to brush your teeth is when a total stranger walks up to you and says "your breath smells like straight a$$ man!" Or if someone makes a suggestion that you should install puke bags in your car for those little emergencies. Oh wait here is another one; maybe when you look in the mirror and it cracks when you smile.

no, you should brush your teeth after eating always. It is important to brush after each meal and snacks, flossing is important also especially before going to bed. You should brush and floss before going to bed, and if you are thirsty during the night drink water only. It is not as important to floss as soon as you get up, as long as you brush. Most damage is caused when we sleep.

Well, your gums might be sensitive. Buy soft bristle toothbrush. You can brush your teeth 3 times a day but 2 times is okay too.
