I used to like this guy a lot, guess it was the only one I had love feelings for. One day he said it's over... I never knew if he loved me at least ....I got over him in time, I aslo felt so heart, sometimes I was hating him but I could go on. Last evening after more then half of year we changed few words online , asked me if i'm still single then he left. My legs started to shake and i coudlnt focus too well... you think i still like him or must be the hate I might still feel?

Well, no offence, but from my viewpoint, perhaps he heard something about you from others that he didn't like and decided to move on. The weird part is, why did he bother asking you if u're single? That is plain rude!
Perhaps, he was trying to make himself feel better, since he also probably , after his consequent experiences, thought that you were the best so far.
Such people aren't worth giving a second chance for. You've got to totally ignore him and move on.... There are a lot more deserving people, you've only gotta look for them, though it may take time. You needn't speak to him, even casually anymore.
Anyone who intrudes on your self respect does NOT deserve a second chance , mind you!

I think it is a bit of both. What you need to do is ask him why it was over so then you can get on with your life
