I have ringing in the ears (tinnitus) all the time, I get spells of dizziness (vertigo) they can last up to a week and they also happen when I move my head fast. I also have fluctuating hearing loss.

I went to a specialist, but i am looking for a second opinion.

It sounds like an inner ear problem to me....particularly Meniere's but I am not a doctor. I attacahed some information below to help ya.

Have you tried some Dramamine II to help settle it down. I would also call your doctor and see if he can get you into a ENT.

Good Luck!

Why do you want a second opinion?
Why not put your trust in the specialist you saw?
At the end of the day if you saw a specialist then that person must be a specialist and thus knows what they are talking about.
Why not put some trust in their judgement?
Perhaps you just do not want to believe them and are hoping that someone well tell you you are fine when you are not.

That sound like it is all related. Your sense of balance comes from the ears.
So maybe you have an ear infection, building up pressure inside.
Or maybe too much ear wax.
You could have sinus drainage backed up and causing pressure.
You might have a banana in your ear.
Or you could have something growing inside, like a tumor or a funky looking vessel.
