1) If you are talk of search part of a phase in a field, that place your cursor at that field box ( name field for your case )... then click on Find ( Binocular Icon ). Next type in the phase ( name for your case ) in the new pop window-Find What :( Box ), follow clicking on the Find Next button or 'Enter' . It should jump to the name you are searching in that field. Click on Find next again if you go more than one answer. Repeat until you got the answer.
2) If you are look for auto Sorting by Name when you start your form, Then place you cursor on the Name field on the form. Follow by clicking on Records > Sort > Sort Ascending / Sort Descending ( click on one ). Your database display in your form should now sorted by Name as you have chosen). Safe your form. The next time you see your form again it will automatically sort by name. it will not affect your table setting, unless you also set it to sort by name.

Microsoft get entry to promises some thing reported as "records get entry to Pages" which i imagine might want to fulfill what you're searching for. however, because i'm no longer very commonplace with that function in get entry to, i'm no longer confident if it actual enables you to ensure a glance for engine on your database. records get entry to Pages are possibly a sturdy position to start up, however.
