Clearly left foot right foot left foot right foot in 4-4 time. Personally I try to break up the rhythm of my walking by alternating with a scamper that lasts between 5 and 100 metres (I'm not being ironic, I really do). Unfortunately when walking pace resumes it's nigh on impossible to avoid the steady monotony of left-right-left-right. Have you ever tried to walk out of rhythm? Only wizards and spiders can actually do it. Of course, this might help
