A gooooood software to Back-up all files include system please?

I need it while I format windows and install again every thing should be same what I want.

Norton Ghost 2003. i cant find it but still searching.. new versions of norton ghost sux. they dont backup system. if u find one that backups system and formats pc (boot) , also tell me plz

maybe getting an external hard drive would help, or using one of those norton things
