I don't think there is any country in the world who has such laws, even in Saudia Arabia has 20% or more non Muslims and there are many who are Christians and they are allowed to carry their Bible. There are only 2 cities in Saudia where non-Muslims are not allowed but this rule applies to everyone so I do not see the people there either.

Do you plan on flaunting them? Keep them on the D/L if your worried about it. By the way, if you even visit Saudi Arabia, you are not allowed to bring a camera near the Holy sites. There are also Native American reservations in America where cameras are forbidden (i.e. Mesita, New Mexico).

P.S. The Saudis are not afraid of the Bible. They don't allow any religious material into their country, even Islamic books not written by scholars of their own brand of Islam (Wahabism). I've sent an Islamic book by a Pakistani Sufi Shaikh via my Aunt to Saudi, and customs officers confiscated it!!

You cannot carry a Bible openly in Saudi Arabia. Infact they are so mean that they will tear the Bible at the airport. They are so afraid of the Bible.
