I don't think so. The Brits aren't as stupid as Americans.

From Wiki: "A child born in the UK to a parent who is a British citizen or 'settled' in the UK is automatically a British citizen by birth. Only one parent must meet this requirement, either the father or the mother. "Settled" status usually means the parent is resident in the United Kingdom and holds Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) or Right of Abode. Irish citizens are automatically deemed to hold ILR.

don't think so. only if the guys decided to stay in uk and go for british citizenship

I dont think so because the baby hasnt got a passport and because your only visiting Britain you arent a citizen.

most likely will have a dual citizenship UK and whatever the parents home country is
