How toclear the variable which isdeclared in the asp.net Codebehind through the Jscript? (Pls Read Details)?

In my asp.net application i have used a variable like s="add". In client script i used the value of that variable as var s="<%=applicationname.page.s%>". after i used that variable "s", i have to clear it through the script. How to do ?
