Lets take all of our children and other easily convincible people and tell them if they dont believe that the stars are actually giant apples with hair and that want us to send them ice cream, they are going to be tortured for eternity? Anyone wanna join me? I am sure we could make a fortune from this, just tell them that they have to provide to the ice cream fund every year to appease the furry apple stars. We could even write a book, and to make it mroe convincing we will write many times in the book "This is the absolute and truthful word of furry apple star number 42, and we are furry and apples because whatever I say is true".
Now do you see why I dont like Christianity? It is wrong to tell children they are going to be tortured for eternity. Do you know that if you tell a lie so many times, you will actually start to believe it?

Dumpfinds, but you forgot, every person is born with sin, children are people and not accepting Christ as your savior and not having this "relationship" with him will get you sent to hell, and since children are basically unable to think for themselves, they dont know what they are doing and they dont really have this relationship or accept christ, therefore children are going to Hell.

Wolfpack, when does childhood end? Puberty? I know some post-pubescent children who are still naive and dont know how to think for themselves.

Well you should at least thank God for not making you a robot that has to worship him!
You have a choice and are free to reject him!
However, when he is not around to protect you from yourself, you will be consumed with your lust and it will burn insde you because you will never quench it!
I look forward to spending more time with the God who loves me enough to protect me from myself!
Amazing grace how sweet the sound!

The threat of eternal torture, the idea of sin, and the idea of guilt, I regard as child abuse. They serve to keep the sheep subservient to the priests who live off them, financially and emotionally. (We learn from regret, but guilt cripples us) Unfortunately many people like to remain subservient, and children, so they don't have to think and be responsible for themselves. What we need is some catchy idea that gets rid of outmoded religions altogether, and opens people to the precious, awesome wonder of the world, and the universe, and everything in it. Then they might truly experience "spirituality", and become practical enough to see we need to look after what we have, and all that we share it with. I doubt if the idea would beat the prospect of a bigger car, or the surrogate war of "footie". But maybe we have to try - the Greens are. Enjoy that apple while you can!

The book is not for children. You may publish a new book called the "giant apple star 42" if you like to. Say the star is the god. Pray to the big apple. Once you pray, eat the apple like crazy maniac.

your disinformation, "Dumpfinds, but you forgot, every person is born with sin," is way off. Yes, some people believe it, but it is NOT Biblical.
Ezekiel 18:19 “But you still ask, ‘Is the son guilty along with his father?’ No! The son did what was fair and right. He was careful to keep all of my rules. So you can be sure he will live. 20 People will die because of their own sins. The son will not be guilty because of what his father did. And the father will not be guilty because of what his son did. The right things a godly person does will be added to his account. The wrong things a sinful person does will be charged against him.

obviously, your mind is made up and only the holy Spirit of God can change it. I pray ppl will not believe this that you have interpreted Christianity to be. Who's Christian life have you been watching? What Christian hurt you? i suggest you start over with a changed mindset, and see that there really is something here. something very REAL. but like i said, you will never understand until God has opened your heart to the Truth.

There is no human soul suffering in an ever-burning hell fire. You need not worry that your relatives who may not have converted to your religion are now being tormented in the flames of hell.
Sadly, some take pleasure in believing that the unconverted are suffering in eternal torment. They expect to spend eternity in heaven looking down on others suffering in hell.Could you enjoy heaven for all eternity, knowing that your loved ones and others are suffering excruciating torment? Many people expect to do just that. Such ones have been fooled terribly by Satan, and have been given a false and unbiblical understanding of the Creator as a cruel God, which He is not. As we will see, God will in the future use a lake of fire at the final judgment. That fire will eventually engulf the earth and purify it. That's not an everburning torture pit for human beings.
‘Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world’" (Matthew 25:34).
‘Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels’" (Matthew 25:41).
"And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell" (Matthew 10:28).
Religions believe that an ever-burning hell fire will torment evil humans forever but we also saw that God is able to destroy the souls of humans. He will put the incorrigibly wicked out of their misery forever! God is fair and just.
"For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord" (Romans 6:23).
Again we see that the penalty for sin is death.

The whole problem with that is that Christians actually believe what we teach our children. We arn't a bunch of liers, we really do believe what we teach.
Did you know that 11 of the 12 disciples of Jesus *died* for their beliefs? They were given the chance to recant and save their own lives but they refused. Does that sound like a bunch of liers to you?

Why bother making up another lie? If you insist on depriving children of the truth of their creator. Isn't that lie convincing enough.Or are you concerned that someone much more powerful than all humanity will be able to convince them of His love for them.

Children go to heaven anyways because they are young and naive. I agree that it should not be pushed on them but leave the option up to them; I have done that with my children and have found it works the best.
If you really believe Children go to hell you should really read the Bible and not take it out of context!!!!!
