actually, it happens to just about everyone else, except that the numbers 1:11 are more familiar to you, and have already been etched into your subconsciousness.
there are probably other numbers which you see all the time but don't really remember as vividly, maybe because they don't strike as much as 1:11. for example, it would be harder to remember 2:57.
anyway, it's a coincidence seeing that same timing all over and over again. since it's already etched into your mind, you subconsciously look at the clock at that time also. it happens, but you just don't really know. and when you see 1:11, you think 'there's that time again'.
i have a habit with 14:21 -winks-

It freaks me out cause like for a year I've always look at my clock, cell phone, microwave, or stove and it said 9:11..it freaked me out..And I'm not being funny

Something in you (your consciousness) is trying to tell you something.
Please check this things:
What is the meaning of number 1 for you.
11:11, or 22:22, or 12:21 etc... means balance.
....

keep a small notebook handy, and every time you look at your clock or cellphone or microwave write down the time it says...every time.
then get back to us later if the problem persists.

It's called cocreation. Do you have hazel eyes maybe?
Your subconscious is manifesting those "coincidences" trying to get your attention about something. Figuring that out is the difficult part.
