we have been friends for a while now and i want to take this relationship further. I'm afraid if i tell her this as it may break our friendship, it has happened to me before on many other occasions & i have lost so many other friends because of this, what shall i do?

That is something i am having to deal with lately, i kno its hard because you dont know wat 2 do or how 2 say it. First you wanna try and see if there are any signs wat-so-ever that she could have feelings for you. And if you cant tell, get a friend to tell her that you like her and see her reaction this way if she reacts badly you two wont ever have 2 discuss it and you dont have to worry about losing a friend or having her act weirdly around you. And if she reacts well try to ask her out on a date or tell her that you have some feelings for her (in kno its easier said then done and you dont know how to say it) try & ease it into a chat or make it the topic just come and say you know...i know it will sound childish but i have a crush on you and i would like to kno if you wanted to go out sometime and see how that runs (only if she has a good reaction to your friend) Hope i helped

Once you're on the "friend" list, it's nearly impossible to get off of it.

Girls know within the first 5 minutes how far they will go with you, and will probably do so at the earliest possible time. If you've been crossed off the "I'll sleep with him" list, it's very, very difficult, and time consuming to get back on it.

Your time is better spent chasing new prospects. If you're on the "I'll sleep with him" list, you can still screw it up by being a jackass. If nothing's happened in 3 dates, it's time to move on. The chances of you sleeping with her by now is very low. The only time you should see her again is if there is guaranteed sex. Continuing to pursue her will just cost you more money and waste more of your time.

I agree with Rose. Just say what you feel about her. Maybe she'll say she'll think about it. At least she will consider it. But if she turned you down right away, then you can't call her your friend. you are friends because you like each other...

That's one of the easiest things for a guy...just say, "Hey, I love you."
