Eph 2:15

Eph 2:15 Through his body on the cross, Christ put an end to the law with all its commands and rules. He wanted to create one new group of people out of the two. He wanted to make peace between them.

It doesn't sound correct. To begin with, St Paul only became a Christian long after the death of Jesus. The Torah was adopted by Christianity into the Old Testament, and since Paul was the chief architect of early Christianity, then we have an unreconciled contradiction here.

The irony is that Paul single-handedly dismisses the Torah, yet Jesus says that he has come to "overturn no law" when asked about the relevance of jewish law.

Anyone who tells you that christians are not bound by OT laws is worshipping Paul, not Jesus. Actually, they're guilty of disobeying Jesus.

...but the OT is inconvenient to most christians. So when given the choice between worshipping Paul (easy) or Jesus (hard), they take the easy path.

Not sure about your quote, but Hebrews chapter 12 talks about how Jesus created a new covenant (thus Christians no longer bound to the old-testament covenant).
