There really is no way to shrink tonsils. If they are interfering with breathing... it only makes sense to have them removed. It's a simple surgery and will probably make things a lot easier on you. Hey, look at the bright side - You'd get to eat ice cream and popsicles for a few days.

Suck on an ice cube, then go the Doctor and have them removed.
