we have been goin out for a while but he still won't give me his #. he doesn't have a cell phone but that doesn't mean that he can't talk to me on his house phone, right?

His wife probably doesn't allow him to have extra curricular girl friends. Why do you think he is your boyfriend? Sounds like he is just using you and getting away with it.
And... he probably has a cell and doesn't want you to have that either. Why should he "allow" you to call him when all he has to go is drop by and get what ever he wants from you.
If you do not respect yourself, no one else will respect you. Look at the respect he shows his wife by keeping you hidden.

The number one reason that men won't give their phone number to a girl is that they are married or have another girl at home. I would be very suspicious if I were you. B

Ummm no number ,he is ethier got a gf or a wife. Try his friends or phone book find the number ,,if he is playin u he will surely get burned. Most likely a someone will answer and it wont be him

I think he is really not interested in u he's just playing so don't give him much importance . Avoid him b'coz if he would have been like u so much he always wish to be in regular contact with u ,He is not giving u # means he is not sure abt u or just making u fool .

That is really weird of him to not give you his number. How often does he call you or how often do you two see eachother? If his parents are strict that thats understandable, but he can at least give the number to you and trust you to not call it. Ask him whats up.

HOW DO YOU COMMUNICATE WITH HIM?
I WOULD BE HONEST AND TELL HIM THAT HE IS MAKING YOU FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE ABOUT THE SITUATION.
