Jehovah's Witnesses do not feel that pleasing the Almighty is restrictive, but instead their study of the bible has enlightened their thinking.

Consider that a four-year-old may feel that a rule prohibiting drawing on the walls is overly restrictive. A fourteen-year-old understands the reasons for the rule, so she does NOT view the rule as restrictive, but sensible, logical, and loving in the long-term.

Atheists want everyone to believe like they do They want to establish atheism ad the national religion.

I think Atheists have a right to believe in what they want and they have so many mountains with their symbol or worship, which is nothing.

So why do they get so hot under the collar when there is a cross or the 10 commandments posted somewhere.. Just think of how many places that religion is not displayed.

We should have equal time. for every mountain that has a cross, Athiests can have a mountain with nothing on it.

Fair is fair.

God Bless you, ;-)

What do you call an athiest at their own funeral?
All dressed up with no place to go. lol

The truth is out there...and some one is seeking it as we speek, one day the truth will show its face.
The fool has said in his heart, 'There is no God'
I dont know that athiest should be considered as citizens, nor should they beconsired patrioits, This is one nation under God.(George H.W Bush)
Lets say we all wear religion as an outfit.
The christian puts on a hat some people think that hat is funny looking and others think it is cool, so they ask whered you get that hat!
The Muslim puts on a shirt and some people think that the shirt is funny looking, yet others ask whered you get that shirt.
The athesist walks out naked!
He is pointed at and laughed, for he is naked, this must mean he doesnt care so they intern take off ther clothes, wishing not to care.
The problem is we have to many outfits, and to many people who will like what ever outfit fits them best, and that is how it will always be as long as one outfit looks better then the other, so think of the atheist as a man waiting to be dressed (That sounded gay!)

The fact that a person, such as an atheist, can live their lives without religion and be happy, productive, influential, moral, and well-liked is an insult to most religions.

They want you to believe that unless you worship THEIR god, in THEIR church, in THEIR way, then you can't be any of the above. And atheists (and agnostics) prove that BS wrong every day.

People hate and fear things they don't understand, and to a majority of the world's population, especially christians, it's difficult to ponder anything that might just be a threat to their religion or spiritual beliefs.
It has nothing to do with religion, it's just basic human nature manifesting itself in another area of life, like sexuality, I think this issue should really be examined by the psychological world as opposed to the religious.

A lot of people dislike atheists, at least in the US, because they are christians, and see atheists as a blight on society.

The reverse often holds true as the atheists attitude towards christians, so they tend not to get along.

Because atheist think for themselves and refuse to follow the number one rule of most organized religion which is obedience.

because most people don't understand the concept of not having a religion. They refuse to admit that humans don't understand/know as much as they'd like to think.

They like to hide under their little umbrella of catholicism or judiasm so they don't have to think.

I personally am not atheist, I just admit that I know nothing and that theres no point to making stuff up.

People want to believe in God and an afterlife so badly that they feel threatened and angry when an Athiest comes along and tries to talk some sense into them.

For the most part, it's all about moral indignation, i.e. jealousy. If they were aware to the wisdom of their practice then they would not be hating you for being so free while they view themselves as repressed and bound by whatever.
