Luck is amazing and you either have it or you don't. efforts increase your luck

I will say luck.
As powerful as effort and hard work are, Lady Luck can strike at anytime and in anyone's favor - completely throwing the situation into another, or she will do nothing at all. Powerful and magical - for through effort we know the way it must be and adhere to those rules, but lady luck knows no rules and like a miracle or a curse she can do seemingly miraculous or accursed things.
Some once said "Sometimes it is better to be lucky than skilled" - I think it is best to be lucky and skilled!

A combination of Preparation, Effort and God's Blessings.
God's Blessings are preferable to good luck because luck and run out or turn to Bad luck. God's Blessings are more dependable. That's the power that is most powerful.

Efforts. Luck doesn't solve the comiplicatexd and important things in your life. Only you can do that. If you wait for luck to do all of the hard work for you, everything will just end up blowing up in your face.

between those two, luck is more powerful, but it can also be the weakest. like the lottery. try playing the lottery instead of working. MAYBE you'll win. but you probably won't and that's what efforts are for (jobs etc).
in general, i'd say efforts have to tie in with a lot of good intuition, or you can be putting tons of efforts into useless things...

I agree with souy and tom the bomb.
It's a matter of perspective I think, You can be grateful for alot of things, I think that's how most people see lucky. Lucky to have both your legs, lucky you have a good family etc. Efforts are activities that you do to get something you feel is missing or that you want, picking up the remote, me typing( not really). And with a little desire/effort you might get lucky and pull it towards yourself.
Effort, want. Luck,get. soooo.... effort.

Efforts build your Luck. I am Lucky in this Life because I had worked hard in my last birth. And If I want to be Lucky, I have to work hard.
