NO, not legally.

Just be sure you have plenty of money to pay the judgment you will receive after you have been sued for doing that.

Then, you can watch that "deadbeat" drive past you in that shiny new expensive car that "you" paid for.

Do you have a legal judgement? What is the purpose for publishing the name? This could cost you more thqn the debt.

Particularly if done for punitive reasons.

Echo is right.

Just think about it...if it was legal you'd see thousands of adds published by collection agents.

If they owe you money, then sue them.
