I'm hearing impaired so my pet peeves lie in peoples converstaion skills. I can't stand it when I'm interrupted when I've barely said a sentence. It drives me crazy when people who know I only have a 1/3 of my hearing insist on continuing to talk to me from another part of the house(sometimes as they're walking around), with the tv or radio on in the house, instead of letting one of us walk within range so I can hear. What absolutely drives me bonkers though is when I ask someone to simply repeat themselves they feel they're helping me by putting their face as close to mine as possible and yelling it in what once was my one good ear.
