i think they should just have their arms amputated not only will they never be able to kill again they also will hate life more. i mean it would just be easer to them to be put to death than continue living on with such a handicap. Or do you have a better idea?

The prisons should be under military control. If you're a convict you're in the military. 3 strikes and you're shot by a firing squad. Murder, rape, child molesters, gun crimes you're shot right after your appeal in a military court! Riot and the troops come in with automatic weapons!
Be a Fup in prison and carry 5 gallon buckets of sand up a huge sand hill, empty them, go down, refill them, and go up again till you pass out. You do this only once. Fup again you're shot!
Prisoners work 12hrs/day, 6 days a week. They work to pay for the full cost of the prison. We shouldn't have pay $30,000 to $90,000 p/yr for them to be Fups. Do you get $90,000 p/yr for being good? NOT!
When and if they get out, life outside will be a picnic when at it's worst! No one will ever want to go back, and crime truely will not pay, it will cost like hell!

Yes....and No, I believe the death penalty is easy on taxpayers... 5 years death row as opposed to 50 years in prison.... almost a difference of 6 million per person.
However, because of DNA's help, most people should have a fair chance at it DNA study....

You mean so that they become a burden on society, the same as if society has to pay too feed and house them all their lives if they are sentenced to life imprisonment?
Many of these killer types re-live their crimes over and over and get off on that. Would you allow them to go stand at the scenes of their crimes, or outside their victims houses?
Without arms they would still be able to victimise people through the telephone and the internet. Artificial arms are available which would probably enable them to kill again as well.
Nope - too many risks and too much expense and burden on a society that they have already victimised. I say hang them high!

I don't believe that anyone has the right to end a life-so killing a murderer as punishment would contradict my stance on the issue. I think that you are either for the dealth penalty or against, so despite how horrific their crimes may have been, I think that imprisonment is the way to go. Plus death is a too easy way out, make them rot behind bars.

Thats a good ideal but the only thing is that the tax payer has to pay the bill to keep the peice of sh*t alive. Once they are convicted and sentance to death it should be right away and it should be very painful!!!

Why do u want them want to hate life??? So that hatred continues to grow in them? The best way is to grow love and brotherhood in them. Give thm help especially psychiatric. But if thr is no othr way out, it is better to put them to death so that it becomes a deterrent to others.

I think just killing them off is the best plan. Yep, simple, easy, less mess. Now, if you are going to cut their arms off and allow them to bleed to death, that I would support.
