I say, embrace the person you are, faults included. But if your pal is bothered by it to the point where she feels insecure and it's hurting her emotionally, surgury is minor and a reasonable option.

Has she heard of super strong concealer? Dab on blend around the edges and set with powder. If it's one of those big ones...then yeah she'll have to have it removed. Possibly get it checked out I heard those could be cancerous...Don't watch Austin Powers it won't help each time you see her mole.

if all she has is a mole, then i dont see it as a problem. if shes pretty, has a great personality, i think you should look past her imperfections. im sure you have imperfections as well as anybody.
