Firstly, a domestic pet will have different bacteria and viruses than you that affect them. There are a few cross species bugs that you can get but I wouldn't worry about them.

Lastly, um.... you might have some underlying issues if you feel the need to kiss your dog on the mouth that really can't be answered here.

While your love for the pet is admirable. However, since pet's mouth is not 'sterilized' , thus the risk is always there.
However, people are known to do this since long & we haven't really heard anything serious have happen . But since you are , presumably, doing it frequently & the pet has also become used to it, the risk is on the higher side.
With due regard to you admiration, I'd humbly suggest if you could consider more comfortable & fulffiling ways to express your love for the pet. It takes time, looks almost impossible in the beginning , but finally it is managed.
With the person of your determination, as is obvious from your strong feelings about the pet, I'm sure you can do it.
Go ahead. Have a healthy life. Wish you all the best.

OK the real answer is a dogs mouth is cleaner than a humans mouth we have more bacteria. Ever though they cleanse there entire body with it. It would be putting your dog at risk rather than you I would think. You can actually get diseases from animals so I would think long and hard about it. A friend of mine got a disease that is usually found only in cats and he did not own a cat but had been on contact with one at a friends. Why risk your health or your dogs?
