I tried it for almost a month. I did the plan that you choose the meals, not the prechosen meals. The box weighed like 75 pounds when the fedex guy brought it. I had to push it to the kitchen.
The breakfasts are ok and some of the lunches are ok, but the dinners are gross and the only "dessert" that was good was the little chocolate chip like things. Also all that stuff in the ads about how easy it is is a lie. You have to add stuff to every meal. This isn't exact, because I can't remember the exact plan but it went a little like this. For breakfast you eat their little bar or cereal or what ever you choose but you also eat a dairy, a fruit, and a protein. With lunch you eat the tiny cup of soup or whatever, but you also eat a protein and a vegetable, then with dinner you eat the gross little meal, a vegetable, a protein, and dairy. It's not all prepared for you. You have to buy a bunch of groceries. If the meal is a hamburger all you get is the piece of meat you provide the bun.
Here's another gross part, to "cook" the meat you pour boiling water over a freeze dried meat patty and let it soak in it's tray for 5 or 10 min. Then you put it on the whole wheat bun that you have to buy a package of 8 of, even though you only have 2 hamburger patties.
I lost a little, but you could easily do it without buying their food, all it is is smaller portions and them telling you when to eat fruits and vegetables.
A lot of it is still sitting on my shelf, because after I tried one of a kind I didn't like, I didn't eat the rest. But don't worry, they are so full of preservatives and stuff they last a long time.
