Several over the years. Most fighters when starting their careers spar with established and ranked fighters. Larry Holmes used to be a sparring partner of Ali before he bacame a great champ himself. If you will check,most champs were sparring partners early in their career. Many fighters today will try to find sparring partners with a similar style to the guy they are getting ready to fight. Jimmy Ellis sparred with Ali. There are really too many to name. It is fairly common for a champion to have been a sparring partner for an earlier champion.

Jack Johnson started as a sparring partner. And although he's not a heavyweight, Jose Luis Castillo started off as a sparring partner for Julio Cesar Chavez

Jimmy Ellis used to be Ali's sparring partner. He wound up being the WBA champ after Ali had his title stripped. He then got beat by Joe Frazier. He remained a contender for a few more years, but was definitely a cut below Ali, Frazier, Foreman and Norton.
