Okay, for the very first proof of the website Godisimaginary, which is that prayer is superstition, does not proove that prayer is superstition. God is God, and he can choose to answer our prayers the way he wants (which is in the Bible). In fact the example is, 'God, please heal everyone in the world of cancer,' or something like that, and in actual fact, the Bible says that when Jesus gathers up all of his children (the ones who chose to serve Him), he will have a new earth prepared, without PAIN and things such as that.

Revelation 21:4 says: "He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away."

This shows that we do not even need to pray for this because God is already going get rid of these things from those who are his children!

And another thing, as I stated before, I haven't heard of it stated in the Bible that "God will answer our prayers when we want them anwered." Thanks!

Wow I think you guys read this when i didnt finish. Yes i am a Christian but i screwed it up on my question and sent it too early before i wrote what I had to say down. Sorry about that!

Okay, I didnt write this because I was questioning God. I was merely trying to show one of the reasons of why God does exist even though others claim that He doesn't. I was trying to give an example of why God does exist even though our prayers might not be answered the way we want.

NOPE..you are saying that because you haven got to know who Jesus Christ is..and if u are a christian, i would be somehow disappointed with you for u truly lack faith..as a christian, we believe even before we see it but for the rest, they believe after they see it.. He is not imaginary because we have seen many of his wonderful works being done around the world..because when u pray and does the works of his,you are being blessed by Him.. it is unexplainable and crazy when you see miracle signs done by Him because you could hardly such a thing to happen.. example there is one scenario when i heard from a pastor about his missionary school when he was owing a huge sum of money..but he wasn't bother by the debt as he just pray for help from God and believe that God will provide and he just carrying on sharing the teaching of God and on the last day, when he was suppose to pay up the amount owing..he was told that the debt was been paid..isn't that amazing how God work in our life?

Conclusive proof the biblical God does not exist:

You obviously did not read the linked website. It covers all those bases about answering prayers and uses the bible to demonstrate that the biblical God is either a liar, or, he doesn't exist.

Atheism, the only logical choice.

If you cant believe in God are you better off than a cow? If all you believe is something that you can touch or put on paper have you
stretched yourself or your imagination? I believe in Pluto but I've never seen it. Faith is a slippery fish. I bet you believe in a lot that you cant explain but that does not mean it does not exist. Name the man/woman that created the earth? It had to come from somewhere. Cause and effect!

You will think imaginary thing when you find yourself in the middle of the tribulation period, where you will either have to chose Christ or take the mark of the beast.

God is every where, people need to start seeing it as so. Who do you think make the universe, hung the sun, moon, and stars in the sky? Who do you think make the heavens and the earth, if it is not God?

The Christian God is not imaginary.

For scientific and intellectual evidence for the existence of God, see http://www.godsci.org/gs/godsci/evidence.htm

I used to be an atheist. Over a period of time however, I grew convinced of the existence of the Christian God, and ultimately committed my life to Christ (e.g., see http://www.godsci.org/gs/chri/testimony/seek.html ).

Cordially,
John

Belief in the divine is generally a matter of faith.

By definition, faith is that which is believed absent proof. So, if you want to call it imagination, it fits the literal definition.

But the key difference is that faith is often more motivating than imagination. And that's not just limited to any one particular religion.
