When our kittens were 5 weeks old they were already eating solid kitten food and only kitten food. You can start putting out kitten food by the time they're 4 weeks old as long as they still have momma cat as an option.
We got our kittens at 5 weeks old and they were barely old enough to be away from their mother. Some kittens may take 6 to 8 weeks. But there's no reason you can't start offering them the kitten food early on as long as they have some teeth.

Generally, somewhere between 6 and 8 weeks. Keep and eye of the mothercat to see if she starts pushing them away before that, and check how their teeth are looking.
When you start weaning them, and you seperate the mothercat from the kittens, you may find the mother gets distressed and wants to continue feeding the kittens - this does not nessecarily mean that its too early to wean the kittens, but that the mother cat is in pain because there is too much milk in her. (Once feeding stops, she will eventually stop producing milk, so don't worry about her, the pain will fade)

You can start giving them soft food from 6 weeks or untill the mother starts teaching them to eat but for dry food I suggest wait till they are 8 weeks old at least. But the best answer would be follow the mother usually she's the best teacher for kittens.

Six weeks is the average age that food can be introduced. Get some "mothers milk" at your pet store and follow the directions. Usually you start by mixing a substantial amount of this with dry food(stay away from canned food) and gradually lessen the "mothers milk" until the kitten will eat it by itself. You can give canned food for a special treat.Try not to give More than 1/4 can. It's tempting to give canned food, but it's bad for their teeth and let's not forget, spendy.

by real food you mean dry cat food.
that depends on rather they have a mother or not.
if they are still with their mother it can wait till they are about two montes old.
if they are not with their mothers then 4 weeks old will be a good time to start introducing them to dry cat food. royal canin has dry kitten food called: baby cat 34. it's suitable for young kittens between the ages of one month to four montes.

i think at about 2-4 mo depending on when you want them to i know they have to be 8 weeks old to be away from their mother so i would guess its about that time and i know until they are about 6mo they should eat soft food (some people dont do thins but i herd from ym vet that its alot better for them until their digestive system full adadpt to food and not milk)not dry then after that its basically whatever you want to feed them

5 to 6 weeks is best, or until the mother starts pushing them away from feeding.
