Junior High is no big deal. It seems scary at first but really its not bad. People may say its going to be hard and a bunch of other things, its not though. Best of Luck!! P.S. Junior High was the best days of my life!! I wish i could go back!

First, you need to learn how to spell "JUNIOR HIGH", not Junoir - because you will be goofed on.
And that's exciting that your going into Junior High!! I was nervous too because it was a different school with many different people. When your starting out the first week, I would keep a small notepad and write down my locker number and classrooms and you don't have to show anyone, except your Mom. This way you will remember what is important - even names of new people and teachers!!
You should not worry about your "peeps" and what they will think of you doing something different. In fact, they might worry about what your thinking if they are doing something different.
If you want to be cool - be yourself and don't give in to peer pressure. What I mean is, if your offered a drink or a cigarette or some pot and you don't feel comfortable, just say NO. And if someone laughs at you - big deal. And if they ask why you don't want to try it ..."you can say because you don't feel like it" and that's it.
Lesson to be learned: Your true friends are the people you don't have to explain to.
Have Fun & Learn!!

The main thing to remember is that you will have more responsibility in jr. high school for your own actions than ever before. YOU ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON IN YOUR OWN LIFE and the one who makes all of the final decisions about whatever you do. Others around you will be experiencing the same doubts and fears you have. BE YOURSELF and do not worry what other people think of you because it will NOT matter. Enjoy your cheerleading, softball or whatever activities you select. Ten years from now you will be so successful that you will not remember feeling nervous. That will pass if you concentrate on achieving small goals one day at a time. Also, remember your family and who your real friends are and act accordingly.

I remember when I went into Jr. high it was a new school and I didnt know ANYONE!!!! I was so quite until people started talking to me and I started to come out of my shell more and more...its normal to be scared I know I was obbsessing over it and in the end I was one of the most popular people(not meaning to brag)....I was also worried about the lockers and chaninging and things but I found a place where I could change without being seen maybe on open house you can look for that speacial place where u can change and no one will see....changing classes was kind of hard at first because I didnt know where any of my classes were....but after just a week I got a handle on it....I just want to warn you though there is a lot of drama in 6th grade...choose your friends wisley....I remeber I picked one of the meanest girl s to be my best friend I told her a secret and a whole bunch of rumors were made up about me....but over all after I got over the bad parts I had a terrific year....so just to warn you to make the right friends and dont let a rumor bring you down if you make good friends they will always be by your side....usually in Jr.high the sports are GREAT I know I was a totaly Jock(wasnt a tomboy just loved and played sports) I am not really the cheerleading type of girl but from wat I have heard a lot of the people who go into cheerleading in Jr. high do it for the wrong reasons(boys)...and dont want to do it anymore but watever thats for you to decide....I also remeber I started to REALLY like boys!!!!!but just to let you know its a lot more fun being ssingle just a little advice take it or leave it and another really fun part is making all these good friends and going to the movies and stuff also the SCHOOL DANCES!!!!! I hope you have a blast and good luck

junior high is isnt bad
switching classes can me confusing but better if you make friends right away to walk with you and not be as bad you will remember the places to go easily after 4 5 weeks
lockers are nice especialy if its close by your classes
the cobination you should practice at home and keep the numbers with you just in case
junior high was cool for me but some friends moved or went to different schools
if you practice and keep organized things will be easy
